Is a small city or town calling your name?  You are not alone. Since the pandemic, more and more people are moving away from large cities and embracing an appealing pace of life in smaller cities.

In a recent survey from Gallup, nearly half of all U.S. adults said they’d prefer to live in a small town or rural area.  There are many benefits to small town life. We value and strive to preserve our single-family residential character while working to protect our environment and keep our air, beaches and waterways clean and healthy.  From ordinances supporting our community’s character to initiatives such as Islanders 4 Clean Water and the Grassy Point Fitness and Wellness Trail our community is calling your name.
